Why did Orbi not send my draft?
A draft that has not gone out is almost always waiting for something. These are the four usual reasons.
It is waiting for your approval Open Approvals. Drafts never send on their own, also not after a while.
Gmail is connected read only Orbi can write drafts but not send them. Switch Gmail to Read and write in Connections.
The thread changed If someone replied after the draft was written, Orbi holds it and writes a new one.
You reached the Free plan limit Free includes 50 requests a month. The draft goes out when the next month starts, or right away on Pro.
Checking what happened
Open the activity log and search for the recipient. Every draft shows its status, waiting, held, sent or discarded, with the reason next to it.
Still stuck? Write to us with the time of the draft. A person answers within one working day.
