Changing the tone for one contact
Some people need a gentle nudge, some prefer it straight. Set the tone once per contact and every chase follows it.
Open Contacts Or open any chase and click the name of the contact.
Pick a tone Gentle, neutral or firm. Neutral is the default for everyone.
Check the next chase The next draft for this contact uses the new tone. It still waits for your approval.
What each tone does
Gentle waits longer and asks. Neutral states what is open and when it was due. Firm is short and names a date. None of them apologize for asking.
Tone per contact only changes follow-ups. Drafts you ask for yourself use your normal tone.
