Connect HubSpot Settings, then Connections, then HubSpot.
Choose what Orbi may read Contacts, companies and deals. Notes stay private unless you add them.
Log activity back Optional: let Orbi add sent mail and chases to the timeline of the contact.
Why connect a CRM
A chase for a deal in its last stage reads differently from one for a first contact. With HubSpot connected, Orbi knows which is which.
Logging back is off by default. Turn it on per pipeline.
