How the tone model learns
Orbi learns your tone from the mail you send and the drafts you correct. Here is what it reads and what it keeps.
It reads your sent mail Your last 200 sent mails, once, when you connect your inbox with write access.
It learns from your edits Every draft you edit before approving shows Orbi the difference between close and yours.
It keeps a tone per contact Set gentle, neutral or firm for anyone you write to often.
What the model keeps
A description of your style, not your mail: phrases you use, how long your replies are, how you open and close. Your content is never used to train models for anyone else.
Starting over
Open Settings, then Tone, and choose Reset. Orbi reads your sent mail again and forgets the corrections.
Tip: ten good corrections teach more than a hundred approvals without edits.
