The agreement between you and Orbi. Short, because the product is simple.

The service
Orbi is an AI assistant that plans, drafts and follows up on your behalf using the tools you connect. Every action that leaves your account waits for your approval, unless you turn a specific automation on yourself.
Your account
You need a work email and to be at least 18. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions you approve.
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
Plans and payment
Free is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be canceled any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices can change. We tell you 30 days ahead and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Fair use
Do not use Orbi to send unsolicited bulk mail, to impersonate someone, or to do anything illegal where you are. We can pause an account that does, and we will tell you why.
Liability
Orbi drafts, you decide. We are not liable for the content of messages you approve. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by mail 30 days ahead.
