Privacy policy
What Orbi collects, why, and how to make it forget. Written to be read, not filed.

What we collect
Your account details: name, work email and the plan you are on.
The content of the tools you connect, only for as long as Orbi needs it to do the work you ask for. Mail and calendar data is processed and cached for up to 30 days, then removed.
Usage data: which features you use and when, so we can fix what breaks. Never the content of your work.
What we do with it
Orbi uses your content to plan, draft and follow up on your behalf. It does not use your content to train models, for us or for anyone else.
We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers. Sub-processors (hosting, mail delivery, payments) are listed on the security page and each has a data processing agreement with us.
Where it lives
All data is stored and processed in the European Union (Frankfurt). Backups stay in the EU. If we ever add a region, you choose it; we will not move you.
Your controls
Disconnect any tool at any time from Settings. Orbi stops reading it immediately and deletes its cache within 24 hours.
Export everything Orbi holds about you, including the activity log, as a single file.
Delete your account with one click. Everything is removed within 30 days, including backups, and you get a confirmation when it is done.
Cookies
Orbi uses one cookie to keep you logged in and one to remember your preferences. No tracking cookies, no third-party pixels.
