Editing a plan
Plans change. Move a task and Orbi moves what depends on it, then shows you the new week before it saves anything.
Open the plan From the planner, or from any event Orbi created in your calendar.
Change what you need Drag a task to another day, change the owner or mark it done.
Check the new week Orbi lists what moved as a result. Approve to save, or undo the change.
When the deadline is at risk
If a change pushes work past the deadline, Orbi says so straight away and suggests what to drop or move. It does not quietly squeeze tasks into your evenings.
Synced calendars: moving an event Orbi created in Google Calendar changes the plan too.
