Approving and sending
Nothing leaves Orbi without your yes. This is how the approval list works, on your desktop and on your phone.
Open Approvals Everything that needs a yes waits here: drafts, chases and plan changes.
Read the draft Open the whole thread first if you need the context. Orbi shows what it used to write the draft.
Approve, edit or discard Approve sends at once. Edit opens the draft, and your edits teach the tone model.
On your phone
The app shows the same list. Swipe right to send, left to open the draft and edit it.
If you do not answer
The draft waits. It is never sent after a timeout, and a chase stops as soon as the other person replies.
Sent something by mistake? The activity log shows exactly what went out, when, and who approved it.
