Teaching Orbi your tone in an afternoon

The tone model starts by reading your sent mail. That gets it close. The last stretch, from close to yours, comes from a handful of corrections in the first days. Here is how to make those corrections count.

Correct the draft, not the prompt

When a draft sounds off, edit it the way you would edit a colleague's text, then approve it. Orbi compares the draft with what you sent and learns from the difference. Explaining what you want in a message works less well than showing it.

Say it once per contact

Some people get a warmer version of you, some get the short one. Correct the first draft for each of them and Orbi keeps to it from then on.

Ten good corrections teach more than a hundred approvals without edits.

Check after a week

After a week, open Settings, then Tone, and read the three sample drafts. If they sound like you, you are done. If one does not, correct that one and leave the rest alone.
