Orbi now works with your calendar
Plans now land as real calendar events, with two-way sync for anything Orbi created. Here is what changes and what stays yours to decide.

Until now, a plan from Orbi lived in Orbi. You could see the week, move tasks around and approve them, but your calendar only heard about it when you copied things over yourself. As of today, plans land in your calendar as real events.
What syncs, and which way
Every task Orbi schedules becomes an event in the calendar you pick. Move the event and Orbi moves the task. Delete it and Orbi asks whether the task is done or only postponed. Events you created yourself are never touched: Orbi reads them to find free time, and that is all.
Orbi reads your calendar to find room. It only writes to the events it made.
What stays yours to decide
Nothing lands in the calendar before you approve the plan. Once it is there, you can still say no to any single event, and Orbi replans around the gap instead of stacking the work somewhere else.

Turn the sync off per plan at any time
Getting started
Open Settings, then Connections, and switch Google Calendar to Read and write. Existing plans sync the next time you open them.
